DIY & Building Trade

The DIY and Building Trade Forum is comprised of national retailers, builder’s merchants, and DIY superstores, most of which operate in large facilities in non-high street environments. Transacting large volumes of product through a mix of retail point-of-sale, online ordering and trade account credit, creates an industry need for collaboration and best practice sharing to prevent and deter fraud and targeted organised crime, as well as stimulating discussions around compliance and training to reduce in-store and in-yard stock loss.
