ORIS’s Omni-channel Forum is comprised of bricks and mortar and clicks and mortar retailers and pure e-tailers who have no presence on the High Street or in physical retail parks other than through click and collect or return destinations. Member businesses operate both nationally and internationally in the ether where no dominant law enforcement jurisdiction exists and anonymity cloaks the activities of highly complex organised crime. Its collaborative approach has helped to highlight many sophisticated scams and emerging risks by working with law enforcement including Action Fraud and the City of London Police, the UK’s lead force on fraudulent activity.
